UMAU have been undertaking a survey of farms on the Dunham Massey National Trust Estate to inform future management of these historic properties. This constitutes an impressive body of research into vernacular architecture in the region. An evaluation at Sinderland House, part of the Stamford Brook development has revealed remains of a possible 17th century or earlier building which will be affected by development.
